High Fives all around because spring is almost here!
Peak Bloom Announced:
April 11th – 14th
What is peak bloom? Peak Bloom Date is defined as the day on which 70 percent of the blossoms of the Yoshino cherry trees are open. It is always far too brief but simply magical to witness. The delicate petals only last a few days and will rain down on you when you walk past and enjoy their beauty. There are lots of different kinds of Cherry Blossom trees so some very in colors and the time that they bloom. But surrounding the Tidal Basin, they are cotton candy pink and will arrive just in time for the Parade on April 11th!
